  1. Merchant Functions
    To access the manage merchant features click on the Finding.com homepage after you have logged in with your merchant account.
    1. Update Merchant Page
      This feature allows your webpage by changing and updating any information displayed on your page.
      1. Update any information you like, then click
    2. Select Customer Area
      Customer areas are used by customers to help them find businesses in their area.
      Note: If you have no Customer Areas selected this will be displayed in red.
      1. Search for your customers' areas by Zip Code(Recommended) or City and State.
      2. Check the box() next to any of the Customer Areas your business services, then click
      3. Once you select Customer areas, they will be listed on the Merchant Management page. To remove a Customer Area just click the button next to the area you wish to remove.
    3. Change Password
      1. Enter and confirm your new password.
      2. Click
    4. Cancel Your Account
      If you want to cancel you Finding.com Merchant Account you may do so at anytime, simply click .

    1. Merchant Finder Functions
      To access the manage merchant features click on the Finding.com homepage after you have logged in with your merchant finder account.
      1. Change Recipient
        Update where the money from your Finder's rebate goes.
        1. School Rebate
          1. Search for your school by school name, city, school district, street, or zip code in your state, then click
          2. Click the button () next to your school, then click
          3. If you can not find your school click, Can't find your school?
              Enter the information for you school and click
        2. Bona Fide Organization/Charity
          1. Enter the appropriate information, then click

          1. Select either National or Local(for local enter your zip code), then click
      2. Sign-up Merchant
        This feature allows you to sign-up merchants you find.
        1. Enter a unique Business Name, i.e. Bob's Hotdogs
        2. Enter the email address for the business, where we can send information to the business on how to complete their setup process. A temporary password will also be sent to this email address which allows the business to login to their account.

      1. Login Instructions
        At the Finding.com homepage you may login to any of the following accounts: Merchant(@Finding.com), Merchant Finder, Community Rebates, or School Rebates.
        1. Select the type of account you wish to log in as, by one of the following ways:
          1. Click the login area in the diagram at the center of the page
          2. Select the appropriate login type in the drop box () below the diagram at the center of the page
        2. Enter your Login Name and Password in the boxes provided
        3. Click
        4. If login is successful your account name will appear on the page as well as any appropriate management tools
        5. If you forget Merchant Account or Merchant Finder password you may have it emailed to you by clicking "Forgot Your Password?"

      2. Start Earning for My School
        1. Setup a School Rebates (SR) or Community Rebates (CR) customer account. This account will allow you to individually tailor where you want your rebates to go. Note: you may use your SR/CR account at Finding.com to find and shop local merchants.

        2. Finding businesses you want to shop at Finding.com:
          1. Once you are logged in (see login instructions) at Finding.com use the search box to find businesses.
          2. We suggest you take the one-time step of selecting your shopping districts, the system will remember and automatically direct your searches to businesses in your shopping area.

        3. Once you have found the desired merchant, you may visit that merchant's Finding.com Website by clicking on their name (Note: their website is Finding.com/their name i.e. http://www.finding.com/MyBusiness)

        4. To print a coupon for a merchant, simply click on their Finding.com page (in the upper-right hand area).

        5. Take your coupon with you next time you visit that merchant.

        6. When you make a purchase using a coupon simply enter the purchase amount before taxes. Then have the merchant initial your copy, and cut the coupon in half. Retain the customer copy for your records or to be deposited at the school drop box.

        7. An email notice will be sent to you approximately one week after you print a coupon. It will ask if you used the coupon and if available the purchase amount. If you have time, please answer this if possible Finding.com uses this information to make sure the appropriate rebates are collected and re-distributed.

        8. The merchant will place the coupon in a postage paid envelope, which is returned to Finding.com every three months.

        9. Finding.com then accumulates and calculates the coupons and bills the merchant for the appropriate rebates.

        10. Once the rebates are received from the businesses, money will automatically sent to your selected recipient(s) in $50 increments.

      3. Become a Merchant
        1. At the Finding.com homepage, click on
        2. Click under Merchants @Finding.com.
        3. Enter a business name and password.
        4. Enter the appropriate information in the area provided.
          1. There are a list of business categories are available to choose from. The categories are used to help customers find the types of businesses they need. You may select up to three different categories you business belongs in. (You must select at least one category.)
          2. You may customize your webpage, by changing the title and body fonts and you can change the background and text colors.
          3. To provide an email contact on your webpage check the Contact Box, Provide Contact Box.
          4. If you check the Accept Email Orders box the website will tell your customers that you will accept email orders. Note: You as the merchant are responsible for monitoring your email for orders.
          5. Any specials you care to list may be done so on your website and coupons an expiration date can either be set by the number of months you want the special to run or the date you want it to end.
          6. Restrictions may be specified on your coupons by entering them in the restrictions box or selecting any of the restrictions we list.

      4. Become a Finder
        1. At the Finding.com homepage, click on
        2. Click under Merchant Finder @Finding.com
        3. Choose a login name and password and enter the required information, then click .
        4. Select where you would like the finder's rebate for the businesses you find to go.
          1. School Rebate
            1. Search for your school by school name, city, school district, street, or zip code in your state, then click
            2. Click the button () next to your school, then click
            3. If you can not find your school click, Can't find your school?
                Enter the information for you school and click
